Welcome to the Stirling Albion Supporters' Trust Website!
Next Trust Board Meeting: 7.30 pm Tuesday 13th January 2004 Halfway House, Stirling All members welcome
The Trust comprises an ever-growing band of dedicated and committed Stirling Albion Football club Supporters - and even some who are less dedicated and committed than others. We even have members who have never seen Stirling Albion in the flesh but who are anxious to see the Club survive as an entity in senior Scottish football.
We are a not-for-profit organisation dependent upon our members' subscriptions annually, money acquired through fund-raising activities, and through generous donations from a variety of sources.
We are keen to see the Club advance both on and off the field of play. We seek to improve the financial position of the Club either directly or through raising awareness in the community of the fact that there is a senior football team on its doorstep which is worthy of its fullest support.
The greater the number of people we can encourage to pass through the turnstiles on match-days, the greater the gate receipts which will be available to build Stirling Albion into a force to be reckoned with. The greater vocal support and encouragement for the team is likely to be advantageous too!
Above all, the Trust is there to provide a viable channel through which the views of its members can be conveyed to those within the Club who are charged with its management, and vice versa. The importance of such two-way dialogue cannot be overemphasised - for its part the Trust is totally committed to this process.
We hope you find the time to look at our other website pages. These will undoubtedly enhance your knowledge of what we are about - and what we aim to achieve.
There is an opportunity to join us for a modest fee per annum and we invite you to consider filling in an application form which can be accessed here.
